Failure to Meet These Standards

Where Whitehall Resources believes behaviour has fallen below the standards set out in this policy, we reserve the right to take any reasonable action we consider appropriate to protect our employees, workers, candidates and representatives. • Taking any other action considered appropriate.

Where appropriate, matters may also be reported to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

Nothing in this policy prevents Whitehall Resources from taking immediate action where it considers this necessary to protect the safety, wellbeing or dignity of its employees, workers, candidates or representatives.

Whitehall Resources will review this policy periodically to ensure it remains consistent with current legislation, guidance and best practice.

Compliance with this policy is an important part of Whitehall Resources’ commitment to providing a professional, safe and respectful working environment. This policy should be read alongside our Equality & Diversity Policy and any other applicable policies published on our website.
