After completing my Computer Systems Engineering degree at UEA, I joined Whitehall as a 1st/2nd Line Support Assistant. I’ve always had an interest in computers from a very young age, tinkering with Raspberry Pis and old laptops. It wasn’t long before family and friends started coming to me with technical issues, and it was through that I found my love for troubleshooting and the satisfaction of finally getting to the bottom of a problem.

Outside from work I have an interest in cars and I’m a bit of a collector of old consoles and computers. During my time at UEA I played for their one of their esports teams and even managed to win a competition!
