Ricky began his career in recruitment as a PLC specialist recruiter in the City of London in 2005. Ricky enjoyed a successful start to his recruitment life before deciding to see the world, travelling for 12 months in 2007/8. Having returned to the UK and specialist SAP contract recruitment in late 2008, Ricky joined Whitehall Resources as a Consultant in April 2009. Since then, Ricky’s career has really taken off, being promoted to Senior Consultant, UK Contracts Manager, UK Business Manager, Head of UK Sales, Head of Sales, Sales Director and is now Managing Director. During this time, he has won several awards – Whitehall Resources Sales Person of the Year 2010 and 2011, Whitehall Resources Employee of the Year 2012, Whitehall Resources Manager of the Year 2012, Whitehall Resources Leader of the Year 2013 and Whitehall Resources Employee of the Year 2014.

Ricky has achieved this having been Whitehall Resources’ Top Biller and having lead the UK and latterly international business units through phenomenal year on year growth, that saw Whitehall’s turnover breach £37.5m t/o in FY2015/16. Ricky embodies the values that Whitehall insists of itself and prides himself in providing the best SAP, Oracle and specialist IT recruitment services in the UK and in our overseas markets while acting with honesty, integrity and proving ourselves to be expert at what we do, adding true value to our candidates and our clients. Moreover, he’s passionate about Whitehall; about his colleagues, his candidates and his clients. He’s passionate about being the very best we can possibly be and achieving growth by doing things the ‘right’ way… building true partnerships with those we interact with.

In his spare time, Ricky enjoys travelling, rugby and socialising. Having bungee jumped, skydived, white-water rafted and spent a season snowboarding, Ricky would like to think of himself as something of an adrenaline junkie. Unfortunately, the reality these days is he’s certainly a lot more ‘sun lounger and beach’ than extreme sports!
