ServiceNow Technical Lead

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a ServiceNow Technical Lead.

Key Requirements:

– The Technical Lead is accountable for the successful technical delivery of the solution.
– Acting as the bridge between architecture and implementation, they ensure that the platform is configured, integrated, and developed in alignment with business requirements, security standards, and technical constraints.
– They provide technical leadership to the delivery team and ensure the overall quality, maintainability, and scalability of the solution.

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead the technical implementation activities throughout the project lifecycle.
– Translate architectural principles into detailed technical designs and implementation guidelines.
– Design and supervise integrations with security tools, vulnerability scanners, identity providers, and other third-party systems.
– Define the approach for workflows, automation playbooks, APIs, and data exchanges.
– Review configurations and developments to ensure consistency with security, performance, and maintainability requirements.
– Coordinate technical troubleshooting activities and support issue resolution.
– Lead technical testing activities, including integration and system testing.
– Produce and validate technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge transfer materials.
– Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project.
