Whitehall Resources is recruiting a Senior Analyst, CX Solutions on behalf of our client, for a role designing, implementing, and supporting SAP Customer Experience (CX) solutions. If you’re an SAP specialist with deep Sales Cloud and Service Cloud expertise who wants to shape integrated customer engagement solutions, this could be your next move.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading and supporting SAP Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations and enhancements
• Configuring and optimising SAP Sales & Service Cloud V1 – covering lead and opportunity management, customer data, service ticketing, workflows, and SLA processes
• Turning business requirements into functional and technical solutions
• Designing and supporting integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Integration Suite, and third-party applications
• Supporting testing, data migration, deployment, and post-go-live activities
• Producing process documentation, training materials, and solution designs
• Partnering with stakeholders, architects, and global delivery teams to drive continuous improvement

What you’ll bring

• A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years’ SAP experience, with hands-on implementation and support of SAP Sales Cloud V1 and SAP Service Cloud V1
• Solid understanding of CRM and customer service processes
• Experience with SAP Integration Suite, APIs, middleware integrations, and Agile delivery
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have

• SAP Sales Cloud V2 and/or Service Cloud V2 experience
• SAP CX certifications, SAP BTP, C4C SDK/ABSL, SAP Commerce Cloud, or Fiori integration experience
• Manufacturing industry background
