Scrum Master

Whitehall Resources require a Scrum Master to work with a key client on a 6 month initial contact.

*This role will involve on site work in Telford 2 days per week.

*Inside IR35.

Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies across two scrum teams including:
– Scrums
– Sprint planning
– Backlog Refinement
– Reviews and Retrospectives
* Actively drive cross-team learning, knowledge sharing and best practice
* Ensure effective and consistent use of Jira and Confluence across teams, considering all stakeholder needs
* Work hand in hand with the Delivery Lead to understand, track and communicate progress and issues
* Protect teams from distractions and foster a high-performing, motivated environment
* Drive pace and urgency to meet delivery milestones
* Drive a culture that embraces change to ways of working e.g. development and interception of AI solutions
* Embed a culture of ownership and accountability, in relation to delivering against commitments.

We are looking for:
* Proven experience as a Scrum Master
* Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
* Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams on complex projects and / or programmes
* Extensive experience with agile tooling e.g. JIRA and Confluence including for progress reporting
* Experience of scrum mastering in new teams, building from the ground up, as well as in mature teams
