SAP SuccessFactors/HCM Consultant

The role:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in designing, implementing, Supporting, and leading SAP HCM and SuccessFactors projects with significant S/4HANA experience.
- Lead and manage all phases of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, data migration, integration with other modules and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with business to understand their processes, requirements, and objectives, and translate them into effective SAP HCM and SuccessFactors system solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP HCM modules (including Payroll, Organizational Management, and Time Management) and SuccessFactors modules (such as Employee Central, Core HR, Onboarding, Performance Management, Career Development Planning (CDP), Succession Planning (SP), Performance Management and Goal Management (PMGM), and Learning Management System (LMS)) to align with business processes and adhere to industry best practices.
- Conduct training sessions, develop, and deliver comprehensive training manuals to ensure user adoption and proficiency.
- Provide production support to business, performing system analysis, addressing system issues, resolving user queries, and recommending process improvements.
- Provide expert guidance and advice to business need on SAP HCM and SF best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Conduct workshops, presentations, and knowledge-sharing sessions to educate business owners on SAP HCM and SF functionality, capabilities, and best practices.
