SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Support Analyst

An experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Support Analyst is required by Whitehall Resources for our client based in Buckinghamshire. This is a permanent position and can be done mainly from the comfort of your own home (circa once a month onsite).

You’ll play a valued role in maintaining HR systems through regular business activities, delivering and supporting system enhancements and change activity, whilst ensuring all process and procedural documentation is aligned. Your work will enable our client to deliver on cyclical upcoming activity, such as the bi annual SuccessFactors releases.

Do you have?

• Experience supporting and maintaining SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Experience executing and evaluating system upgrades and carrying out testing
• Experience working with and supporting Role Based Permissions and Systems access
• Ability to update and maintain process documentation
• Competent with Microsoft packages especially Excel and SharePoint
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
