SAP S/4HANA Transformation Manager – German Speaking

An exciting new SAP S/4HANA Manager position has arisen, working for a fast-growing consultancy specialising in transformation programs.
In this role, you will take ownership of large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives for leading organisations, working closely with C-level stakeholders and program leadership teams. You will play a key role in project delivery, business development, consulting service development and the growth of the SAP practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SAP transformation professional who is looking to join a growing consultancy where they can have genuine influence on both client engagements and the future direction of the business.
Do you have:

• Several years of SAP program or transformation experience, ideally focused on S/4HANA
• Experience delivering SAP projects within Retail, FMCG and/or Consumer Goods environments
• A strong understanding of the SAP product landscape and enterprise SAP architectures
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently at C-level
• Exposure to business development activities, bids, proposals, RFPs and new business generation
• Experience building, developing or leading SAP teams and competencies
• A strong interest in emerging technologies, including AI and its practical application in business
• Willingness to travel extensively across Germany (approximately 60-70%)
