Overview:

Whitehall Resources are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain (PTP) Functional Lead to support a large-scale ECC to S/4HANA Brownfield migration (on-premise, hosted on a private hyperscaler).

This is a global transformation programme covering the USA, Canada, and multiple LATAM regions (including Brazil, Argentina, Costa Rica, and Mexico), requiring strong leadership across delivery, stakeholder management, and functional execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (PTP) delivery across planning, procurement, and logistics
• Drive Business Process (BP) design workshops and solution alignment with stakeholders
• Oversee configuration, data setup, and process alignment with SAP best practices
• Own functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for RICEF delivery
• Support data migration, reporting, and analytics within the supply chain domain
• Manage issues, risks, and escalations, ensuring timely delivery against project plans
• Coordinate across integrated areas including SD, FI, SAP IBP, SAP EWM, and 3rd-party systems

Required Experience:

• 13+ years of SAP experience, with a strong focus on Supply Chain / PTP
• Proven experience delivering ECC to S/4HANA Brownfield migrations (essential)
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and integrations
• Experience leading large, global SAP transformation programmes
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to lead and coordinate multi-team, cross-functional delivery

• ECC → S/4HANA Migration (Brownfield + Implementation)
• Experience with on-premise / private cloud (hyperscaler environments)
