SAP Program Manager – S/4HANA

Location: Suzhou, China – Hybrid
Contract: 12 Months – Extendable

We are looking for an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead complex SAP programmes, including S/4HANA implementations, global rollouts, migrations and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations and global rollouts.
• Define programme scope, timelines, budgets, resources and delivery milestones.
• Manage programme governance, risks, issues, dependencies and executive reporting.
• Oversee delivery across design, development, testing, deployment, go-live and hypercare.
• Drive adherence to SAP best practices, quality standards and delivery methodologies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure successful programme execution.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing large-scale SAP programmes, ideally S/4HANA.
• Strong experience across SAP implementations, rollouts, migrations or upgrades.
• Excellent programme governance, stakeholder and risk management skills.
• Strong leadership and communication capabilities.
• Fluent Mandarin and English required.
• Experience working in global or multinational environments preferred.
