SAP MM Specialist / Expert – P2P

We are currently looking for an experienced SAP MM Specialist / SAP MM Expert to join an ongoing project ASAP.

The initial contract is for 18 months, with the potential to extend to 2 years.

We are open to candidates at both Specialist and Expert level, with the exact level depending on experience and technical depth.

SAP MM Specialist – Required Experience

• Minimum 3 years’ operational procurement experience
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working with operational P2P processes in SAP MM
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC or comparable SAP-based MM environments
• Proficient with SAP Fiori and SAP GUI
• Experience with xSuite or comparable invoice workflow solutions
• Good understanding of documents, posting logic and approval strategies within standard P2P processes
• German language skills at C1 level or above

SAP MM Expert – Required Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ professional experience
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with SAP S/4HANA MM
• Advanced experience with contract management and pricing in SAP MM
• Advanced knowledge of standard SAP approval strategies
• Advanced experience with invoice verification and blocking logic, including three-way matching
• Understanding of SAP price comparison and tendering functions
• Strong understanding of document flows and process chains
• Knowledge of standard SAP MM customising fundamentals
• Proficient with SAP S/4HANA MM
• Expert-level knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP GUI
• Experience with xSuite and workflow structures
• Understanding of SAP integration with invoice workflow systems
• German language skills at C1 level or above

• Start: ASAP
• Initial Duration: 18 months – potential extension to 2 years
• Location: 100% Remote
• Candidate Location: Anywhere in the EU
