SAP MM / EWM Solution Architect

Location: Suzhou, China – Hybrid
Contract: 12 Months

We are seeking an experienced SAP MM / EWM Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of S/4HANA materials management and warehouse solutions across China.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end SAP S/4HANA MM and EWM solutions for Chinese manufacturing and distribution environments.
• Lead EWM capabilities including Wave Management, Slotting, Kitting, Yard Management and Embedded EWM.
• Integrate SAP with warehouse automation, MES and other local systems.
• Address China-specific procurement, customs, VAT, logistics and data requirements.
• Lead SAP Activate blueprinting, solution design, implementation and cutover activities.
• Support S/4HANA localisation and develop minimal custom solutions where required.
• Work closely with local business teams and global stakeholders to align China requirements with global SAP templates.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of SAP MM/EWM implementation experience.
• At least one full lifecycle S/4HANA implementation in mainland China as a Lead Architect.
• Strong expertise across SAP MM, EWM and S/4HANA.
• Experience with STOs, subcontracting, consignment, inventory management and SAP Fiori/RF.
• Experience integrating EWM with WCS, AGVs, RFID or MES environments is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of China SAP localisation and customs requirements.
• Fluent Mandarin and English required.
• SAP certification in S/4HANA EWM or Sourcing & Procurement preferred.
