SAP FI (Accounts Payable) & VIM Process Specialist

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced FI (Accounts Payable) Process Specialist to join a major finance transformation program. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for redesigning and standardising end-to-end Accounts Payable processes, leading business workshops, gathering functional requirements and working closely with Finance, Procurement, SAP and OpenText VIM teams to deliver scalable AP solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an SAP FI (Accounts Payable) specialist or AP Process Consultant
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, with a focus on Accounts Payable (FI-AP)
• Experience redesigning and standardising end-to-end Accounts Payable processes
• Strong understanding of PO and Non-PO invoice processing
• Experience leading workshops, gathering business requirements and translating them into functional solutions
• Strong knowledge of OpenText VIM, including invoice workflows and exception handling
• Experience with vendor master data, invoice approvals, down payments, credit notes, cash discounts and month-end AP activities
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation programs
• Knowledge of e-invoicing processes is highly advantageous
