Overview:

Whitehall Resources are seeking a highly motivated and technically strong SAP EWM / MM Analyst to support warehouse operations, system enhancements, and user engagement within a hands-on, onsite environment.
This role requires someone who is comfortable operating directly on the warehouse floor, working closely with business users, and taking ownership of SAP EWM processes, support, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary regional owner for SAP EWM processes, activities, and projects
• Partner with IT teams to test, deploy, and support system enhancements and updates
• Serve as the first point of contact for warehouse super-users, providing hands-on support, troubleshooting, and training
• Monitor and optimise inbound, outbound, and inventory management processes
• Support and maintain warehouse hardware andintegrations, including:
  • Label and paper printers
  • Put-to-light systems, conveyors, and Kardex solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues (IDocs, RFCs) to minimise operational disruption
• Configure and maintain:
  • Adobe Lifecycle forms and labels
  • SAP outputs / PPF processing
• Support third-party shipping solutions integrated with SAP (e.g. carrier label generation)
• Maintain and support material master data relevant to EWM/MM
• Collaborate with global teams and external vendors on system and process improvements
• Develop training materials, SOPs, and documentation to drive user adoption

Required Experience:

• Minimum 4+ years of SAP WM/EWM experience
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP EWM (S/4HANA or ECC)
• At least 2 full end-to-end SAP implementations
• Proven experience working onsite in a warehouse environment, directly with business users
• Solid understanding of EWM configuration and warehouse process flows
• Experience supporting integration points and system troubleshooting
• Ability to document processes and provide future-state recommendations

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP MM / Supply Chain processes
• Exposure to decentralised EWM environments
• Experience with third-party shipping tools (e.g. ShipERP, Paccurate)
• Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite or middleware tools
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or high-volume logistics environments
• Hands-on experience with warehouse automation technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using Excel for reporting and analysis
• Spanish language skills are a plus
