Senior SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Lead

A Senior SAP Employee Central Payroll Lead is required by Whitehall Resources to work with a globally recognized, end-user client of ours on a permanent/ direct hire (FTE) basis. This position will involve a hybrid working pattern during the first 3 months (training period), with travel to Indiana required. This position offers remote working with monthly/ quarterly travel thereafter.

Do you have?

* Over 10 years of payroll experience?
* Strong hands-on experience in SAP ECP? (configuration etc.)
* Proven experience managing payroll in multi-entity, multi-state environments?
* Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and payroll integrations?
* Team lead experience?
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills?
* Excellent communication skills with proven stakeholder management skills?
