Job Title: Senior Project Lead – ADMM (EMEA)
Contract: Freelance
Start: ASAP | Duration: Long-term
Location: Europe (primarily Germany, with travel)
Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Project Lead with strong hands-on ADMM experience to support a global programme across EMEA deployment waves. This is a client-facing role requiring leadership and delivery ownership.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ADMM activities across EMEA rollouts
• Manage stakeholders and build strong client relationships
• Drive planning, execution, and delivery across multiple countries
• Provide hands-on ADMM support where needed

Requirements:

• Proven Project Lead experience on international programmes
• Strong ADMM expertise
• Experience with multi-country / EMEA deployments
• Excellent client-facing and leadership skills
• English required; German beneficial

Travel:
Regular travel across Europe (mainly Germany) as required by the project
