SAP BW/4HANA Senior Developer An excellent contract opportunity has arisen for an experienced SAP BW/4HANA Senior Developer to support a programme within a major utilities organisation. The successful consultant will be responsible for delivering a defined BW/4HANA development package focused on market communication and master data reporting, working within established architecture, security and development standards. Requirements:

• Several years of hands-on SAP BW/4HANA development experience
• Strong expertise in BW modelling, InfoObjects, ADSOs, CompositeProviders, Open ODS Views, transformations and DTPs
• Extensive experience designing and developing process chains and BW queries
• Strong ABAP for BW and HANA SQL development skills
• Experience integrating SAP S/4 Utilities, SAP MaCo Cloud and CSV-based interfaces
• Strong understanding of testing, including unit, integration, regression and authorization testing
• Experience with performance optimisation, troubleshooting and error analysis
• Knowledge of BW authorisations and technical documentation standards
• Experience within the utilities or energy sector is highly desirable
• Understanding of market communication processes is advantageous
• Strong communication skills within fully remote and international project environments
• Ability to produce high-quality documentation and handover materials

Responsibilities:

• Translate provided solution designs into technical SAP BW/4HANA developments
• Develop and configure BW/4HANA data models and reporting solutions
• Build and maintain BW objects, transformations, DTPs and process chains
• Develop agreed ABAP and HANA SQL routines
• Integrate data from SAP MaCo Cloud, SAP S/4 Utilities and CSV interfaces
• Execute testing activities and provide complete test evidence
• Deliver transports, technical documentation and operational handover materials
• Ensure compliance with architecture, security, naming and transport standards
