Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst based in London for an initial 6-month contract.

Job Spec:

Main Responsibilities:

• • Act as a Business Analyst on large, strategic transformation initiatives across Lead to Cash and Record to Report value streams
  • Own and manage end to end scope, ensuring delivery of all analysis artefacts across Shape and Design phases
  • Support portfolio planning by identifying and managing internal and external dependencies and delivery impacts
  • Apply business architecture and industry best practices, contributing to a continuously evolving analysis knowledge base
  • Provide strategic input to enterprise change initiatives, including business transformations, M&A, and portfolio management
  • Enable informed decision making across project, application, and transformation portfolios
  • Support change delivery during execution, ensuring continuity from design through delivery
  • Lead end‑to‑end requirements and business analysis across complex initiatives, translating as‑is and to‑be processes into clear, value‑driven outcomes.
  • Act as the single bridge between business and delivery, converting strategic intent into high‑quality user stories, scenarios, and prioritized backlogs.
  • Ensure solution alignment to business value, enterprise priorities, and architectural standards-challenging scope where required to protect outcomes.
  • Drive structured, options‑based analysis spanning process optimization, system enhancements, enablement, and buy‑vs‑build decisions.
  • Embed scaled agile and portfolio‑level ways of working, aligned to enterprise business architecture and analysis standards.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders, Transformation Delivery Managers, and Enterprise Architects to shape demand, mobilize programs, and accelerate execution.
  • Govern analysis through delivery, clearly articulating end‑to‑end scope, impacts, and value streams, and supporting UAT through to business sign‑off and adoption

Required Skills:

• • 5+ years’ experience as a Senior Business Analyst with strong domain expertise across Lead to Cash and Record to Report, preferably on Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
  • Proven problem solver with strong business and situational judgement, shaping effective analysis approaches and solution outcomes.
  • Expert in defining clear, robust, and testable requirements, translating business needs into delivery‑ready artefacts.
  • Extensive experience in business process modelling, particularly end‑to‑end process mapping using industry‑standard tools and techniques.
  • Strong background in enterprise‑scale transformation scoping and change delivery, spanning both business and technology initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across senior leadership, business operations, and technology teams, influencing decisions and driving alignment.
  • Confident in intervening in complex delivery programs to unblock issues, guide teams, and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Hands‑on experience working in scaled Agile environments, with full understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Salesforce techno‑functional expertise, including user story writing, backlog refinement, and Agile delivery support.
  • Excellent communication skills, bridging business and technical stakeholders with clarity and impact

Desirable Skills/Knowledge:

• • Industry‑recognised Business Analysis certification (ISEB, IIBA, or equivalent).
