Power BI Engineer

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Power BI Engineer.

This role will be Inside of IR35, so you will be required to use an FCSA Accredited Umbrella Company.

Key Requirements:

– Administer and maintain the Power BI Service, Workspaces, Apps and Dataflows.
– Manage tenant settings, user access, workspace permissions and security controls.
– Enforce Power BI governance standards, compliance requirements, and reporting certification processes.
– Monitor platform health, capacity utilization, refresh schedules, usage metrics and audit logs.
– Manage gateways, data source connectivity and troubleshoot performance and refresh issues.
– Maintain documentation and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure platform adoption and best practices.

Key Skills:

– Strong knowledge of Power BI Service administration and governance for both Cloud and Reporting Server.
– Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), access management and security configuration.
– Knowledge of enterprise governance, compliance and audit requirements.
– Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
