Oracle HCM Solution Architect – 12 Month Contract – UAE

Whitehall Resources are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional and technical expertise across Oracle HCM modules, collaborate with business stakeholders, define solution architecture, and ensure successful delivery of enterprise-wide HCM transformation programs.

The role:

• 10+ years in Oracle HCM implementations.
• 5+ years as an Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect.
• Experience delivering at least 3-5 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM solution architecture and design.
• Experience with global or multi-country HCM deployments.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Arabic / Bilingual speakers
