Oracle HCM Architect – 6 month contract – Barcelona

Whitehall Resources looking for an experienced Oracle HCM SME/Architect to support a client with an ongoing project. The ideal candidate will have localisation knowledge for EU region and Spanish HR understanding.

• Own the Oracle HCM solution architecture and design across Core HR and country-specific localisation’s.
• Act as the SME for EU HCM localisation and Spanish HR, advising on legislative, statutory and business requirements.
• Define solution design principles, configuration standards, integration touch points and localisation strategies.
• Lead requirements analysis and provide architectural guidance for complex HR processes and transformation programmes.
• Assess gaps between Oracle standard functionality and local business/legislative requirements, recommending appropriate solutions.
• Provide design governance and assurance across implementation, enhancement and change initiatives.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, Architecture and senior business stakeholders to drive solution decisions.
• Lead design reviews, solution documentation, testing strategy and issue resolution for complex HCM changes.
• Promote Oracle standardisation, scalability and maintainability while ensuring country-specific compliance.
• Provide expert guidance to implementation teams and act as the escalation point for complex HCM design and localisation issues.
