Location: Suzhou, China – Hybrid

Contract: 12 months

Whitehall Resources are looking for an experienced OCM / Training Lead to lead the organisational change management and training workstream for a Wave 2 SAP S/4HANA rollout across China, Korea, APAC and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end OCM and training strategy across multiple deployment waves.
• Develop integrated training plans aligned with UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare.
• Own role-to-course mapping, learner readiness, scheduling and training delivery.
• Oversee the development and quality of training materials, simulations, job aids and user guides.
• Lead Train-the-Trainer and End-User Training readiness and delivery.
• Coordinate training environments, user access and exercise data requirements.
• Track training completion, adoption and readiness, identifying risks and recovery actions.
• Manage training governance, reporting and the Training Development CoE.

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading OCM and training workstreams on SAP S/4HANA programmes.
• Strong understanding of SAP implementation and change management lifecycles.
• Experience managing large-scale end-user training and Train-the-Trainer programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management across business, IT, functional and technical teams.
• Experience with training content development, LMS platforms and SAP training tools.
• Strong organisational, communication and programme management skills.
• Experience working across APAC and/or global SAP deployments preferred.
