O2C Functional Consultant

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced O2C Functional Consultant to support the design and implementation of global Order-to-Cash processess.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and optimise O2C processes across Credit, Collections, Cash Application, Deductions, Billing and Dispute Management.
• Lead process discovery workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with Finance and business stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into HighRadius solution designs and configurations, including workflows, rules, queues and automation.
• Define integration requirements between HighRadius and ERP systems, particularly SAP/S4HANA.
• Produce functional documentation including BRDs, FDDs and PDDs.
• Support testing, implementation, go-live and hypercare activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering HighRadius implementations or optimisation projects.
• Strong end-to-end O2C / Accounts Receivable process knowledge.
• Hands-on HighRadius solution design and configuration experience.
• Experience with ERP integrations, ideally SAP/S4HANA.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience creating functional specifications and process documentation.
• International/global project experience is highly desirable.
