Managed Services Manager – SAP P2P / Procurement

We are currently looking for an experienced Managed Services Manager with a background in P2P, procurement and/or invoice processing to join an ongoing project ASAP.

The initial contract is for 18 months, with the potential to extend to 2 years.

Required Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing Managed Services of comparable scope
• Experience across operational procurement, P2P and/or invoice processing
• Strong experience in service-level management
• Experience managing service reporting and performance against agreed SLAs
• Strong customer and stakeholder management experience
• Experience managing customer escalations
• Ability to oversee service performance and address operational issues
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• German language skills at C1 level or above

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall delivery of Managed Services across P2P, procurement and/or invoice processes
• Own service-level management and ensure delivery against agreed SLAs
• Manage service reporting and performance reviews
• Act as a senior point of contact for the customer
• Manage escalations and ensure appropriate resolution
• Coordinate with operational teams to maintain service quality
• Identify and support opportunities for service improvement
• Maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships

• Location: 100% Remote
• Candidate Location: Anywhere in the EU
