An experienced IT Security Technical Lead is required by Whitehall Resources for our client based in Oxfordshire. This is a permanent position requiring the successful candidate to be onsite five days per week.
The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening and evolving a global IT security capability across a large-scale manufacturing environment. Acting as the technical lead for IT cybersecurity initiatives, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and continuously improving security controls that protect industrial control systems, factory automation technologies and manufacturing operations from current and emerging cyber threats.
This role would suit an experienced IT/ OT Security Engineer, IT/OT Security Architect or Industrial Cyber Security Specialist looking to take ownership of a global IT security programme.
Do you have?
Experience within IT/OT security, industrial automation, or cybersecurity?
Hands-on experience securing OT environments including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA and industrial networks?
Experience with OT network security, segmentation, firewalls and remote access solutions?
Experience identifying and remediating OT security risks within manufacturing environments?
Experience working with automation technologies from vendors such as Siemens, Rockwell or Schneider Electric?
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills?
