HR Business Analyst

A HR Business Analyst with strong stakeholder engagement and business analysis experience is required by Whitehall Resources for a permanent position with our global manufacturing client. This role offers hybrid working, requiring attendance at their Lancashire office once per week.

As the dedicated HR Business Analyst within the Digital team, you’ll be the key point of contact for all HR-related technology and process initiatives. Working closely with senior HR stakeholders and the DBS Functional Lead, you’ll support a complex global HR landscape comprising around 100 applications, helping to identify business needs, gather requirements, build business cases and drive successful project delivery.

Do you have?

Experience as a Business Analyst supporting HR, HRIS or enterprise business systems?
Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation skills?
Experience engaging with stakeholders across multiple business functions?
The ability to build business cases and support project initiation activities?
Experience coordinating system enhancements, process improvements or digital transformation projects?
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently within a global organisation?
