Google Workspace Support Specialist – SC Cleared

Whitehall resources are looking for a Google Workspace Support Specialist – SC Cleared. This role will be fulltime onsite in Hertfordshire, working on a contract until the end of 2027.

***Due to the nature of the client, candidates are required to hold an ACTIVE SC CLEARANCE***

Job Description:
– Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace Administration
– Account management
– Google applications and services management
– User support
– INC/REQ management
– ITSM incident management (Remedy tickets and requests)
– Reporting
– Google case management
– Knowledge of Gmail, Gmeet, Gdrive, Gchat, Google editors (Doc, Sheet, Slide…)
– Knowledge of MS365 – Global Email – Network infrastructure understanding
– Resolve Level 2 Google Workspace
– Flag technical knowledge gaps
– Flag ITIL process gaps
