Enterprise Architect – HR Technology
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Enterprise Architect to take ownership of the architectural direction for the HR functions within an international organisation.
Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect within a large-scale, complex organisation, ideally within HR / People Technology
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes
• Experience designing and governing complex multi-platform and multi-vendor technology landscapes
• Strong knowledge of HR technology platforms, ideally including Workday, SAP HR, Cornerstone, Avature, etc
• Experience defining target architectures, transition roadmaps, architecture principles and governance frameworks
• Ability to translate complex technical architecture and integration concepts into clear business value for senior and executive stakeholders
• Strong understanding of employee experience and the ability to consider usability and accessibility when designing enterprise solutions
• Experience working closely with Solution Architects, Platform Owners, Product Owners, Development, Operations and business stakeholders
• Familiarity with TOGAF and pragmatic application of enterprise architecture principles
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills
