Content Designer – SC Cleared

Whitehall Resources require a Content Designer with active SC clearance to work on an initial 6 month contract.

*Inside IR35.

*This role will be mostly remote, with occasional site visits to Shropshire.

Content Designer – SC Cleared

Core Responsibilities:
* Writing and Editing: Translate dense policy and “government-speak” into clear, accessible online content.
* User Focus: Research user needs using data analytics, user research, and usability testing.
* Collaboration: Work alongside multidisciplinary teams including user researchers, interaction designers, and product managers.
* Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with subject matter experts and policy teams to ensure accuracy while safeguarding content quality.

Key Skills Required
* Content management and architecture.
* Evidence-based design.
* Iterative design and agile working.
* Designing for everyone (accessibility and inclusion).
