Communications and Engagement Manager

Whitehall Resources currently require an experienced Communications and Engagement Manager to work with a key client.

**Please note this role will require SC Clearance Eligibility**

**This role falls INSIDE IR35 and requires 1 day onsite weekly**

Essential Skills and Experience
*Communications and Engagement
*Experience delivering communications and engagement activities within large transformation programmes.
*Experience developing communication strategies and communication plans.
*Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
*Experience delivering change communications in complex organisational environments.

Change Management
*Understanding of organisational change management principles.
*Experience supporting business readiness and adoption initiatives.
*Knowledge of stakeholder analysis and engagement methodologies.
*Experience operating within programme delivery environments.
Content Development
*Excellent written communication skills.
*Ability to translate complex programme information into clear, compelling messages.
*Experience producing communications for audiences at all organisational levels.
*Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Stakeholder Management
*Ability to engage effectively with: Senior leaders; Business managers; SMEs; Project teams; Corporate Communications teams; End-user communities; Strong influencing and negotiation skills.

Desirable Experience
*SAP S/4HANA transformation experience.
*Experience within large ERP implementation programmes.
*Change Management certification (Prosci, APMG, or equivalent).
*Internal communications or corporate communications background.
*Experience working in regulated, public sector, utilities, defence, or highly governed environments.
