SAP Screen Personas / RF UI Expert

Project Context
The client is looking for an experienced SAP Screen Personas consultant to support the optimization of SAP RF screens and mobile warehouse user interfaces. The focus is on improving usability, screen layout, navigation, and device compatibility across RF handheld devices and scanners. Functional process ownership remains with the internal SAP team, while the consultant will provide expertise in SAP Screen Personas, SAP GUI for HTML, and RF screen optimization.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Screen Personas 3.0
• Proven experience creating and modifying Personas Flavors
• Good knowledge of Personas scripting and JavaScript
• Experience modifying SAP screens, including field positioning, resizing, navigation simplification, and usability improvements
• Good understanding of SAP GUI for HTML and ITS/browser-based SAP access
• Experience optimizing SAP screens for RF devices, handheld scanners, and industrial mobile devices
• Ability to analyze device resolutions and adapt screen layouts accordingly
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Personas rendering, screen layouts, SAP GUI for HTML, and ITS environments
• Practical knowledge of SAP RF transactions and warehouse handheld processes
• Experience with SAP EWM RF (/SCWM/RFUI) is highly desirable

Responsibilities:

• Review existing RF screen enhancement requirements and assess technical feasibility
• Identify which requirements can be delivered through SAP Screen Personas, RF/ITS configuration, or SAP standard functionality
• Design and implement Personas Flavors and scripts to improve user experience and device compatibility
• Optimize RF screens by improving button layouts, field visibility, navigation, and touch-screen usability
• Test solutions on RF handheld devices and support functional/business testing activities
• Provide troubleshooting support and clearly identify when ABAP or backend functional development is required
• Document implemented solutions and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams
