SAP Private and Public Cloud Programme Manager

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a SAP Private and Public Cloud Programme Manager based in France for an initial 6 month contract.

Job Spec:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Private and Public Cloud Programme Manager to lead complex SAP transformation programmes involving SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud (RISE) or SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (GROW) SAP solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end programme delivery, overseeing multiple workstreams, engaging senior stakeholders, and ensuring successful implementation of cloud-based SAP solutions across global business environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud or Private Cloud transformation programmes.
• Manage programme scope, timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate functional, technical, data, integration, testing and change management workstreams.
• Drive programme governance and reporting to executive stakeholders.
• Work closely with business leaders, system integrators and SAP partners to ensure successful delivery.
• Oversee programme planning, resource management and delivery execution.
• Support business process transformation and adoption of SAP best practices.
• Manage programme risks, issues and escalation processes.
• Ensure alignment with SAP Activate methodology and cloud delivery frameworks.
• Lead steering committees, design authority meetings and executive governance forums.

Required Experience:

• Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of either SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud and/or Public Cloud solutions.
• Experience with RISE with SAP and/or GROW with SAP programmes.
• Track record managing global ERP transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management experience up to CIO, CTO and Board level.
• Experience managing multiple suppliers, system integrators and delivery partners.
• Excellent leadership, communication and programme governance skills.

Desirable Experience:

• SAP Finance, Supply Chain or Manufacturing transformation experience.
• Experience with SAP BTP, Integration Suite and cloud architecture.
• SAP Activate certification.
• Experience leading international rollouts and template deployments.
• Consulting or System Integrator background.
