SAP P2P / Procurement Team Leader

We are currently looking for an experienced P2P / Procurement Team Leader to join an ongoing project ASAP.

The initial contract is for 18 months, with the potential to extend to 2 years.

Required Experience

• Minimum 5 years‘ experience across operational P2P, purchasing and/or invoice processes
• Minimum 2 years‘ experience providing functional leadership to an operational procurement team of comparable scope
• Experience leading teams across operational procurement, P2P and/or invoice processing
• Experience managing service delivery against agreed SLAs
• Strong understanding of operational procurement and P2P processes
• Experience coordinating teams and ensuring consistent service delivery
• Strong stakeholder and team management skills
• German language skills at C1 level or above

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership to an operational procurement/P2P team
• Oversee day-to-day service delivery across procurement, P2P and/or invoice processes
• Ensure delivery against agreed SLAs and service expectations
• Support team performance and operational improvements
• Act as a point of escalation for operational issues
• Work closely with relevant internal and customer stakeholders
• Help ensure processes are delivered consistently and effectively

• Location: 100% Remote
• Candidate Location: Anywhere in the EU
