SAP HR/SF Senior Applications Manager

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP HR/SF Applications Manager to join their Global team.

As the SAP HR / SF Senior Applications Manager you will own and optimize HR systems, driving process automation, integration quality as well as overseeing applications management and issue resolutions across core HR / SuccessFactors technology/systems, whilst leading and managing the HRIS team.

This person will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise in SAP implementations on a global scale, including S/4 HANA greenfield projects.

UK / South Africa / France / Netherlands locations considered
Largely, working remotely with around 15-20% international travel as required

SAP HR/SF Senior Applications Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage both direct and indirect reports in the applications team, and be responsible for performance, goal setting and EOY reviews.
• Manage the full lifecycle of SAP projects from planning and design to configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across different regions to tailor SAP HR / Payroll / SuccessFactors solutions to local needs while maintaining global standards.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions and workshops for end-users to ensure the smooth adoption and functionality of SAP systems.
• Prepare detailed project documentation and reports to track progress and align project objectives with business goals.
• Drive S/4 HANA greenfield implementation projects and provide expert advice and guidance on SAP best practices, system configuration, and optimization.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in SAP, ideally coming from a hands-on SAP HR/SuccessFactors background
• Excellent leadership and management experience
• Previous hands-on experience in SAP Payroll systems
• Strong experience in Application Management / Service Management / Vendor management
• Demonstrated capability in managing global SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects.
• Willingness to travel globally as needed to meet project requirements.
