SAP FSM (Field Service Management) Consultant

Whitehall Resources are looking for an SAP FSM (Field Service Management) Consultant. This role is based onsite in France for an initial 5 month contract.

Job Description:
Receive knowledge transfer from the systems integrator and resolve outstanding hyper care defects during the shadowing period.
Provide Level 3 FSM support covering configuration, functional administration, planning and dispatching, and the mobile application. Provide cover for the SAP PM/CS lead.
Workload: Full-time during November, then 3-4 days per week, approximately 65 days in total.

Required experience:

• Two years‘ SAP Field Service Management experience, either on projects or in ongoing support.
• Configuration of companies, user groups, business rules, screens and service call mappings.
• Planning and dispatching, and the mobile application.
• Integration with S/4HANA: replication of orders and master data, and sending confirmations back.
• Solid SAP PM or CS knowledge.
