Oracle Fusion Finance Solution Architect.

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Oracle Fusion Finance Solution Architect.

This role will be Inside of IR35, so you will be required to use an FCSA Accredited Umbrella Company.

Key Requirements:

– On the end-to-end functional design of Finance in Fusion, ensuring the solution is fit-for-purpose, integrated and sustainable.
– Finance Process and Solution Design:
* Translate business requirements into end-to-end Finance processes
– Design across modules:
* General Ledger
* Accounts Payable
* Accounts Receivable
* Fixed Assets
* Cash Management
* Subledger Accounting
– Deliverables:
* Solution design documents
* Process flows
* Functional architecture
– Chart of Accounts and Ledger Design:
* Chart of Accounts structure
* Ledger & legal entity setup
* Business units and balancing segments
– Prepare functional design documents (FDD), configuration workbooks, and test scripts.
– Subledger Accounting Design:
* Define accounting rules across submodules
* Ensure : Consistent accounting treatment
* Ensure : Compliance (IFRS/GAAP)

Key Responsibilities:

– Integration Architecture – design how Fusion interacts with other systems:
* APIs
* File-based
* Event based integration
– Select and design middleware using Oracle Integration Cloud.
– Error handling.
– Retry mechanism.
– Monitoring and alerting.
– Support inbound and outbound integrations with:
* Third-party vendors
* Banks and payment systems
* Payroll and time tracking systems
– Data architecture and migration.
– Reporting and data extraction architecture.
– Support data migration and ongoing data loads using HDL and HSDL.

Key Experience:

– 10-12 years of experience with Oracle Fusion.
– Expertise in Oracle Fusion Finance module implementations.
– Design and Blueprint experience.
– COA design.
– Taxation and IFRS regulations.
– HDL and Spreadsheet Loader (HSDL).
– Basic SQL knowledge.
– Oracle Fusion Finance certification.
– Experience with multi-country or global finance implementations & Architecture.
– Knowledge of local statutory taxation rules (country-specific).
– Experience in AMS / production support environments.
– Exposure to Payroll and HRMS integrations.
