*This role will involve on site work in London 3 days per week.

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to define plan and manage delivery of a portfolio of system/technology related changes across Business Services.
The role holder will be accountable for leading and managing overall delivery. This will involve working with internal and external stakeholders/operational teams across Business Services functions, wider and other change programmes, to ensure changes are delivered successfully to the agreed scope, cost, time and quality, in order to realise the targeted benefits.
This is not a technical role, however the successful candidate will be comfortable working with technology-led change, defining target-state architectures and bridging between business and technical teams to define, translate and deliver technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects/initiatives
* Own and maintain a clear target state vision and roadmap.
* Build and maintain support from key stakeholders.
* Collect and define clear business and technical requirements.
* Develop appropriate solution designs and business cases with relevant experts.
* Own project plans, delivery milestones, risks, issues and dependencies
* Produce clear and concise reporting for stakeholders and senior management.
* Coordinate and manage internal teams and external suppliers to deliver outcomes.
* Support business stakeholders through change, ensuring outcomes are practical and embedded.
* Ensure initiatives align with agreed business objectives and benefits.
* Manage delivery activity in line with governance and assurance processes.
Skills and Experience
* Proven experience planning and delivering projects / change initiatives, in a delivery or project lead role.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (written and verbal)
* Experience developing and delivering business cases / benefits.
* Experience working with and translating between business and technical teams.
* Good understanding of technology architecture and technology enabled changes, including areas such as automation, ERP, CRM and system integrations.
* Confident managing third party suppliers and delivery partners
* Pragmatic organised and outcomes focused approach to delivery.
* Experience delivering change in a complex delivery environment with multiple parallel delivery projects/programmes to maintain alignment with

* Exposure to large and complex organisational environments
* Familiarity with structured delivery or project management frameworks
