We are delighted to share the uplifting story of Naz Licence, a dear friend of our business, as she embarks on the awe-inspiring Everest Base Camp trek to raise funds and awareness for the Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Society.
Naz’s Story: Conquering Kilimanjaro and Chasing Everest
In September 2022, Naz successfully completed a gruelling seven-day ascent of Mount Kilimanjaro, the world’s tallest freestanding mountain, raising an impressive £10,000 for the MS Society. The experience tested her emotionally and physically, but it also ignited a strong desire within her to push her boundaries even further.
Fuelled by the immense sense of achievement from conquering Kilimanjaro, Naz decided that her next adventure would be the Everest Base Camp trek. In September 2023, she will journey to the Himalayas to embark on the 12-day ascent, reaching a staggering 5,364 meters in altitude.
Championing the MS Society
Naz’s drive to undertake these formidable challenges is rooted in her close connection with the MS Society. This organization provides support and guidance to approximately 130,000 MS patients in the UK and funds world-leading research with the ultimate goal of stopping MS.

Naz has set a fundraising target of £10,000 for the MS Society through her Everest Base Camp trek. In her own words:
“As I set off on this journey, I do so with sincerity and a genuine desire to make a difference. I hope that my climb will inspire others to support this cause and help raise awareness and funds for those living with MS. I appreciate that we are in uncertain times, but any donations would be hugely beneficial to support this phenomenal charity which genuinely changes people’s lives.”
