Whitehall rated ‘Extraordinary’ for workplace engagement

We are delighted to have received the highest possible rating of three stars ‘Extraordinary’ by Best Companies, an accreditation that is awarded only to organisations with the highest level of workplace engagement. We are particularly proud of having met and maintained this standard for the fourth year in a row, a great achievement for any fast-growing company.

The Best Companies survey is an annual survey open to UK companies. Employees complete an anonymous survey to gauge their feelings on the company, the leadership team, their manager, wellbeing, personal development and more.

We are very pleased with the results, but there are always areas we can improve on. We will be focussing on these in the year ahead because the more engaged our teams are, the better service we can give our candidates and clients.

The accreditation adds to a number of recent awards this year including 5^th Best Small Company to Work For in the East of England, Recruiter’s Top 50 fastest-growing recruitment companies and 55^th in the Sunday Times International Track 200 for UK companies with the fastest-growing international sales.
