Whitehall named as one of UK’s best companies to work for

We are delighted to announce we have placed 24^th in annual Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For. The list is compiled using the results of the Best Companies survey, in which we were awarded 3 Stars, meaning we have “extraordinary levels of employee engagement”.

This is the third time we’ve entered the survey and the third time we’ve achieved both 3 Stars and a place in The Sunday Times list. What makes us particularly proud of this award is this is purely an employee survey. The anonymous questionnaire covers eight topics including personal growth, wellbeing, teams, management and more. We were also very pleased to see we ranked 11^th recruitment agency in the list!

We work hard to make Whitehall a great place to work. By doing so, we retain and attract the best talent to the benefit of both our candidates and clients. We are continually working on this and these efforts will never end.
