Role Overview
Whitehall Resources are seeking a SAP WalkMe Implementation Specialist. You will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining digital adoption solutions using WalkMe across SAP environments. This role focuses on improving user experience, increasing system adoption, and reducing operational errors through in-app guidance and workflow optimisation. The successful candidate will work closely with SAP functional teams, QA, and business stakeholders to translate complex SAP processes into intuitive, user-friendly guided experiences.

Skills & Competencies
Essential Skills
- Experience with WalkMe or similar Digital Adoption Platforms
- Strong understanding of SAP systems and business processes
- Ability to design and implement in-app guidance solutions
- Strong communication skills across technical and business audiences
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
- Adaptability in fast-paced, evolving SAP environments
Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (for customization)
- Familiarity with web-based applications and DOM structure
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications and navigation
Desirable Experience
- Experience defining and executing test scenarios and validation processes
- Understanding of regression testing in enterprise systems
- Ability to identify defects, usability issues, and improvement opportunities
