An exciting new opportunity has opened for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant to join a leading project supporting German payroll operations. This role focuses on end-to-end application support, configuration, and continuous improvement of SAP ECP, ensuring compliance with German legislation and seamless payroll operations.
Requirements:
- You have strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- SAP Employee Central Payroll certification (or equivalent experience)
- Deep expertise in German payroll (SAP PY), including tax, statutory, and social insurance regulations
- Experience configuring payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and time evaluation
- Solid understanding of German payroll legislation and statutory updates
- Experience with payroll integrations (banks, finance systems, third-party vendors)
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work independently
