Location: New York, Hybrid – 3 days a week
C2C – 3 months contract – potential extension

Overview:
Whitehall Resources are seeking an experienced SAP SD/LE Analyst to join a growing IT function supporting a global organisation. This role will focus on delivering functional expertise across SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Logistics Execution (LE), working closely with business stakeholders to support and enhance order-to-cash and logistics processes.

The ideal candidate will bring a consulting mindset, with the ability to analyse business requirements, design scalable SAP solutions, and support both day-to-day operations and ongoing transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Analysis & Solution Delivery

• Provide functional expertise across SAP SD/LE, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design
• Configure core SD/LE components including pricing, order management, delivery processing, billing, ATP, shipping, transportation, and returns
• Develop and maintain functional specifications (RICEFW objects – Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows)
• Lead and support testing activities (unit, integration, and UAT)
• Support integrations with internal systems and external partners (e.g. warehouse/3PL, EDI, carriers)

Operational Support

• Troubleshoot complex issues across order-to-cash and logistics execution processes
• Monitor IDocs, pricing conditions, availability checks, shipping/transportation processes, and billing outputs
• Provide day-to-day support to business users, including issue resolution, training, and guidance
• Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for processes and configurations

Business Partnership

• Act as a key partner to Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Warehouse, and Finance teams
• Translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions
• Recommend and drive process improvements aligned with best practices
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Projects & Enhancements

• Participate in and lead SAP initiatives including enhancements, upgrades, and new functionality rollouts
• Support cross-functional projects related to pricing, transportation, warehouse operations, and customer experience
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, developments, and system improvements

Requirements

• Strong experience in SAP SD/LE in a functional or consulting capacity
• Deep understanding of order-to-cash and logistics execution processes
• Hands-on experience with configuration across pricing, billing, shipping, and delivery processes
• Experience with integrations (IDocs, EDI, APIs)
• Proven ability to lead functional design, testing, and deployment activities
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications
• Exposure to related modules such as MM, FI/CO, WM/eWM, or TM
• Experience working with 3PL, carrier integrations, or warehouse operations
• Background in industries with complex distribution or logistics environments
• SAP certification in SD or LE

Additional Information

• Hybrid working model (3 days onsite per week)
• Must meet applicable work authorisation requirements (no sponsorship available)
