An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced SAP PM Lead to join a leading global organisation, supporting the optimisation, delivery, and continuous improvement of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) solutions within a complex international environment.
Key Skills
- Strong hands-on experience within SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and related processes
- Proven background in application support, incident management, and continuous improvement within SAP environments
- Solid understanding of asset maintenance processes, including maintenance planning, work orders, and asset lifecycle management
- Familiarity with complex system landscapes including cloud, SaaS, and hybrid architectures
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in international environments
Responsibilities
- Consult business stakeholders on digitalisation and optimisation of SAP PM processes
- Support the definition and evolution of the SAP PM solution roadmap and application portfolio
- Analyse business requirements and design effective IT solutions in collaboration with architects and technical teams
- Coordinate and guide external vendors and development partners to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation within SAP PM applications

- Location: Belgrade, Serbia – 3 days onsite per week
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 12 months + extensions
- Language: English (fluent)
