What awaits you
We are currently looking for an experienced SAP MDG Consultant to support the same key SAP project in Krefeld.
The consultant will be responsible for supporting the client’s Master Data Governance landscape, working closely with business stakeholders and the wider SAP team. The role is predominantly remote, with onsite presence in Krefeld required during key project phases, workshops and go-live activities.
Your responsibilities
- Support the design, implementation and optimisation of SAP MDG solutions
- Analyse existing master data processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Configure and enhance MDG processes, workflows and governance models
- Work across relevant master data domains such as Business Partner, Customer, Vendor and Material
- Support data quality, validation, replication and governance processes
- Gather and translate business requirements into effective SAP MDG solutions
- Work closely with SAP Finance and other functional teams
- Support testing, troubleshooting and go-live activities
- Provide MDG expertise throughout key project phases
- Create and maintain relevant functional and technical documentation
What you bring
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP MDG
- Proven experience delivering or supporting SAP MDG projects
- Good understanding of master data governance and data quality processes
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and integration with other SAP modules
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a freelance project environment
- Fluent German is essential
- Willingness to travel to Krefeld onsite during key project stages
