Senior SAP HCM / ECP Payroll Consultant
An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced SAP HCM / Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant to join a growing international team delivering complex payroll transformation projects across Germany. This role will focus on end-to-end SAP HCM / ECP consulting, customer advisory, configuration, implementation, and payroll process optimisation.

Requirements:

• Several years of hands-on SAP HCM Payroll consulting experience and/or SAP ECP consulting experience
• Strong understanding of German payroll processes, statutory regulations, and compliance requirements
• Experience configuring SAP HCM Payroll including schemas, rules, and payroll customisation
• Experience supporting payroll integrations, migrations, testing, and cutover activities
• Ability to facilitate workshops and gather business requirements
• Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
• Interest or experience in transitioning towards Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
• Fluent German and good English language skills
