SAP FICO Consultant

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a SAP FICO Consultant based in either France or Spain for an initial 4-6 month contract.

Job Spec:

• We are seeking a Senior SAP FICO Consultant with proven experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations to join a high-visibility international project.
• This role requires a client-facing expert capable of taking end-to-end ownership of Finance streams within a Public Cloud deployment.
• The position offers a strategic entry point into a long-term engagement, with a strong likelihood of contract extension or transition into a permanent role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Spanish SAP FICO workstream within an S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation
• Drive end-to-end delivery: design, configuration, testing, and go-live support
• Act as primary client interface for Spanish Finance topics
• Translate business requirements into standard Public Cloud solutions (fit-to-standard approach)
• Ensure alignment with SAP best practices and cloud constraints
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, integration, etc.)
• Support data migration, UAT, and deployment activities
• Provide post-go-live support and stabilization

Required Experience & Skills:

• 5-10 years of SAP FICO consulting experience
• Minimum 3 completed SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud projects
• Proven ability to work in client-facing roles with senior stakeholders
• Experience in full project lifecycle delivery
• Strong understanding of Public Cloud limitations and standardization approach

Language Requirements:

• Native Spanish (mandatory)
• English – professional proficiency
