MES Consultant (Siemens Opcenter)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Siemens Opcenter (MES) Consultant to join a global manufacturing transformation program. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for configuring, supporting and enhancing Siemens Opcenter MES, ensuring efficient shopfloor execution and seamless integration with SAP and Teamcenter PLM. You will work closely with production, engineering and IT teams to support business-critical manufacturing operations while driving continuous improvement across the MES landscape.
Requirements:
- Proven experience configuring and supporting Siemens Opcenter MES
- Strong understanding of discrete manufacturing processes and shopfloor execution
- Experience supporting production workflows, work orders, routing and production tracking
- Experience providing L2/L3 application support, incident resolution and troubleshooting
- Experience implementing configuration changes and minor system enhancements
- Experience supporting integrations between SAP (preferably S/4HANA) and Teamcenter PLM
- Knowledge of manufacturing master data including BOMs, routings and production orders
- Experience supporting UAT, system testing and deployment activities
- Experience with Opcenter APS (Advanced Planning & Scheduling) is highly desirable
