Whitehall Resources currently require an experienced Frontend Developer to work with a key client
**Please note this role requires 3 days onsite in Copenhagen weekly**
Role description:
* Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring platform reliability through thorough testing.
* Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to solve challenges and deliver seamless user experiences.
* Debug, troubleshoot and resolve complex frontend issues, ensuring application stability.
* Contribute to and maintain a plethora of community-driven libraries of reusable components and tools, ensuring consistency and efficiency across multiple teams.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest web technologies, best practices, and Angular ecosystem updates.
* Working with large codebases and multiple teams contributing on the same project.
* Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing sessions to uplift the team.
Must-have knowledge and experience
* Have 4+ years of experience working in frontend engineering, with good knowledge of Typescript and modern frameworks (we use Angular).
* A deep understanding of web fundamentals like HTML, CSS and the npm ecosystem.
* Experience integrating RESTful APIs.
* A strong focus on web accessibility (WCAG) to create inclusive user experiences.
* A proactive and self-driven approach to problem-solving, with a passion for writing clean and maintainable code.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, agile team environment.
Nice-to-have knowledge and experience
* Contributed to open-source projects or have impressive personal projects on GitHub showcasing your creativity and skills.
* Experience working with and developing web components using libraries like Lit and Stencil.
* Proficiency in writing unit and end-to-end tests to ensure robust, user-centric applications.
* Solid knowledge of state management practices and libraries like NgRx.
